Sung Hae joined Right to Play in August of 2020. She is currently the Chief People Officer at Kueski, the largest online consumer lender in Mexico, and has over 20 years of experience helping multinational organizations address their toughest challenges. Her career has focused on people strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation.

Prior to Kueski, Sung Hae served in executive leadership roles at software start-ups and large enterprises such as Rippleworks, GitLab, Wizeline, Pivotal/VMware, and HP. Sung holds a doctorate in Education from the George Washington University, a Master’s in Applied Psychology from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Psychology from Tulane University.

She resides in Berkeley, California with her two sons and enjoys creative writing, yoga, hiking, cooking, and gardening.
