Institutional Partnerships Manager Global Program Partnerships
Alex joined RTP in March 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in program development, fundraising, and data-driven impact. Prior to RTP, he spent 12 years at the International Rescue Committee, first building and scaling innovative youth and adult learning initiatives at the IRC’s Dallas office, then later transitioning to headquarters to provide strategic guidance and technical support to 27 U.S. and European offices. Alex holds a Bachelor's in Global Studies from the University of North Texas and a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Arlington.
He lives in Dallas, Texas, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids rock climbing, biking, and swimming.
