Alice Bonfatti
Head of Individual Giving
Alice Bonfatti joined Right To Play as Head of Individual Giving in May 2026. She brings experience in the international non-profit sector, having worked in both the UK and Switzerland with international organisations and grassroots partners.
Before joining Right To Play, Alice spent 10 years working on issues related to women's rights and feminist movement building, with a particular focus on the SWANA region. Throughout her career, she has held roles spanning programme and grant management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), fundraising, and strategic development.
