Masika Sylvia Hope

Masika Sylvia Hope joined Right To Play in 2021 as a Program Manager. She brings over 12 years of experience in strategic and program leadership, with strong expertise in program design, delivery, and project execution. Her experience includes providing oversight to organizational operations and ensuring effective resource stewardship within complex development and humanitarian contexts in Uganda. Before joining Right To Play, Hope worked with ActionAid International as a Regional Program Cluster Coordinator, where she managed programs in Education, Women’s Rights, Livelihoods, and Governance. She holds a Master’s degree in Management Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education. Hope is married and a proud mother of five.
