Preeti Sinha is a seasoned global investment banker, development finance expert, and strategic leader with over 30 years of experience across major institutions including the United Nations, World Bank, J.P. Morgan, and the African Development Bank. As former Executive Secretary of the UN Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), she helped reposition the organization into a modern development finance platform—doubling revenue, catalyzing over $3 billion in impact capital, and raising $300 million in first-loss guarantees. Over the course of her career, she has played a key role in mobilizing more than $20 billion in capital for inclusive and sustainable development across four continents.

A lifelong advocate for education and youth empowerment, Preeti has led large-scale initiatives supporting girls’ education, extracurricular learning, and sports for development. She brings a deep personal commitment to human dignity, equity, and well-being—along with a global network and a proven track record of building high-impact partnerships. Preeti is a proud alumna of Dartmouth, Yale School of Management, and Harvard Kennedy School. Based in New York, she’s also an athlete, pickleball coach, dancer, and painter, and believes in the power of combining body, mind, and movement.
