Shiv Vasisht is a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of the Strategic Equity Solutions Group at Bank of America. Prior to joining Bank of America in 2013, Shiv was a Managing Director and Head of Structured Equity Capital Markets at UBS. Shiv holds an A.B from Princeton University and an M.B.A from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Shiv is married with three young children.
