Viola joined RTP in July 2024, previously working on the Institutional Fundraising team at Oxfam America. In her six years of experience in international development and philanthropy, she has developed her skills in grants and portfolio management for both corporate and foundation fundraising and workplace giving/employee engagement. She spent her early career working for a small non-profit based in Mexico that was dedicated to helping children with no access to education get scholarships for school.
Coming from an underdeveloped country in Europe herself, she was always touched by the disparities people faced across the world when it came to having access to basic needs. She has dedicated her career to serving underdeveloped countries through fundraising. Based in Boston, MA, she often spends her free time throwing pottery and camping across the northeast.
